- Ensures all family and child’s rights, special education procedure, and law are followed
- Additional costs for travel arrangements and consultant’s time during the meeting
CTE Programming

Our Experience in District Support
Dr. T.J. Jumper has been an educational administrator for over twenty years, serving as an assistant principal, building principal, district office administrator, and regional director for Heartland AEA.
Throughout his career, he has developed expertise in multiple areas. As schools face increasing mandates and time constraints, ECA and Dr. Jumper are here to assist in managing these tasks and providing high-level programs for students, staff, and the community.
